Wine Club
Becoming a Wine Club member guarantees that you will never miss out on the latest and greatest Ambassador Wines.
We have cultivated 3 different club levels to ensure that there is a membership opportunity for every wine lover.
We invite you to explore the benefits of our Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and John Adams club levels below.
Each membership level receives at least two allocations per year; always one in Spring and one in the Fall.
Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin levels also receive 2 optional limited release shipments in Spring and Summer. These special releases include wines that are exclusive to our wine club (such as Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, single vineyard bottlings, etc.) which are likely to sell out, as well as first access to our Plenipotentiary level wines. You may opt out of receving these shipments by notifying us at least 2 weeks in advance of the release date. Please note that if you opt out, we cannot guarantee availability of these wines for later purchase.
Library Club
Our most exclusive club
Once per year, members will receive a curated selection of up to 12 bottles of Ambassador library wines. There are only 25 members in this club at any given time, and to qualify for membership you must be and remain, either a current Thomas Jefferson club member, or be a Ben Franklin member for at least 5 years.
If you meet these criteria and are interested in joining the waitlist, please email Allison (allison@ambassadorvineyard.com). If the club is currently full, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Members on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified when a membership becomes available.
Due to the limited quantities of Library wines available, we may not be able to accommodate substitutions in Library release allocations.

Policies and Cancellation
We understand that situations change and that you may not be able to maintain your membership forever. Should you need to cancel your membership we ask that you keep the following in mind:
- Cancellation must be done in writing via either email or US mail, 30 days in advance of an upcoming shipment. Shipments occur quarterly but may vary due to weather conditions.
- You will receive notification of a pending shipment at least one week prior to your credit card being charged.
- Spring and Summer are “Opt-Out” shipments meaning you may choose not to participate in these allocations. We ask that you notify us of your non-participation prior to your credit card being charged.
- Allocations must be picked up no later than 3 months after the order is processed. If after 3 months, the order has not been picked up and no request has been made to ship the wine, the allocation may be donated to a charity at Ambassador’s discretion.
- Members who have opted to pick up their wine at our Warehouse tasting room but find that they are unable to do so, may request that the wine be shipped to them at their expense.
- We ask that you commit to at least 2 wine club shipments upon enrollment. Should you choose to cancel your membership prior to receipt of your second shipment a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.
