Charitable Giving

We appreciate your interest in having Ambassador be a part of your charity event.
There are two ways we may be able to assist you:
1) Participation in our Non-profit Wine Purchase Program 
2) Product and Tasting Donations Program

Both programs require you to follow the request submission process outlined below. Please understand that due to the overwhelming volume of requests that we receive we may not be able to fulfill your organizations request. We have a limited amount that we are able to fulfill through our Product and Donations program so it is suggested that you submit your request early in the year.

Standard Donation Request Process

We ask you to note the following procedural items:

– We are usually pre-committed 3-6 months in advance.
– If we are able to honor your request, we will contact you via the email address you provide below and arrange for completion of your forms and pick up of any items donated.
– Our Non-profit Wine for Purchase program allows bonafide non-profit organizations to purchase Ambassador wine at a special charity rate (up to 50% off or retail pricing).
– You must provide a copy of the organization’s 501(c)3 non-profit designation letter
– You must provide a brief statement defining the mission of your organization
– Allow 3-4 weeks for Ambassador to review your request for donation.
